It is special. It grabs your attention and makes it a little difficult to leave the comfort of your barstool. Just a hint of caramel, a tease of Goldings and Willamette hops, finished by an unavoidable mustache making creamy head, makes this a superbly balanced bitter. There’s a certain bloke in England who dreams about this beer every night.
Special Note: This is a cask style ale which is different than your typical beer – it has less carbonation and if you want a good head in your mug, give it a long pour like a fancy bartender.
Food Pairing: Garden Burger and Carmelized Onions
Very balanced beer in malt and hop bitterness. Full bodied with fruity and sweeter aromas and flavors. Even thought 'bitter' is in the name, it's not an overly bitter beer.
