Belgians are complex and obviously have a long rich history which make them so much fun to drink. They have so many aromas and taste profiles it's difficult to list them all but they include spicy, clove, herbal, fruity. The more tart beers bring more farmyard aromas. They are typically higher in alcohol and come in many styles: Dark Ale, Blonde, Pale Ale, Dubbel, Flanders, Lambic, Quadrupel (Quad), Saison/Farmhouse Ale, Tripel, Witbier.
