The East Bay IPA is a West Coast style IPA that is all about big hop aroma and flavor. Two pounds of hops were used per barrel giving it an up front bitterness which helps balance the rich malt bill. Mosaic and Galaxy hops were added in the finish giving a wonderful tropical citrus nose.
Ale Industries carbonates their beers with some ‘English style’ to bring out more of the flavor and aroma so it’ll be a little less carbonated than you’d typically expect.
The most popular American craft beer style. Floral, fruity, citrus, piney aromas and flavors. They range in ease of drinking (session) from easy to quite huge knock-you-out-of-your-chair flavor and alcohol.
