Pressurize the TORP by pulling the handle fully forward until the pump activates. Pour ¾ of an inch of foam, stop and throw it out and rinse your glass. Next glass should be a perfect pour.
RINSE YOUR GLASS

RINSE YOUR GLASS

For a perfect pour, always use a clean glass and rinse it with cold water. A dry glass creates more friction increasing foam.
INCLINE YOUR GLASS

INCLINE YOUR GLASS

Incline your glass at a 45° angle with respect to the tap. This will allow you to control the ratio between the amount of beer and foam in your glass.
POUR

POUR

Pull the handle fully forward as far as it will go. Then gradually straighten the glass as it fills.
EQUALIZE

EQUALIZE

A perfect head is about 2 inches high. Use a beer foam scraper to remove the excess of foam.
