Wonderful aromas of forest floor with hints of fresh evergreen and citrus hops. Malty sweetness with flavors of honey and caramel give backbone to this strong hoppy monster. Due to extra conditioning time and natural carbonation the mouthfeel is silky smooth. There is a maximum hop flavor that is not overpowering. This ale is conditioned with Pasteur Champagne yeast that enhances the body of the beer and adds complexity.
